How Sweet the Sting

In response to my recent post about appreciating the glow of a spanking, Brad D. asked about my preference as far as the proper degree of post-spank soreness. My bottom tingled at the thought and I readily agreed to share my personal views.

After I'm spanked, I want to feel like the punished naughty girl I am and that means a hot bottom and trouble sitting comfortably for a while. I love when the heat radiates so strongly that I can feel it when I hold my hands a few inches away from my bare bottom or when even my clothing can't hold in all of the heat and my shorts are warm to the touch. After a very firm spanking it's fun to see how fast an ice cube can melt on my toasted buns!

The level and type of soreness all depends on how intense the spanking was and if implements were used. There's the delightful buzzy kind of surface sting that immediately follows a moderate handspanking. It's the type of stingy tingle that makes my hands fly back so fast to rub my bottom that you'd think they had a mind of their own.

As I try to sit down, I'll feel the fabric of my panties catch on my sensitive skin but once my bottom makes contact with the seat, my attention is drawn to the deeper pain. The soreness in the muscle of my bottom makes it difficult to sit still even on a soft couch and wooden or plastic chairs are pure agony! No matter how much I squirm I just can't get comfortable. I like that physical feeling of proof that I just received a good spanking and if it carries over to the next day, that's even better. Even after the redness and warmth have dissipated, I still have an indisputable reminder that I was spanked every time I try to sit down.

Sometimes if I've received a very intense spanking or several hard spankings with implements during a shoot, I'll be so sore that it is not at all pleasant! My bottom will become so swollen that it will feel hard to the touch. The skin is of course very sensitive and it's nearly impossible to sit comfortably, but worse than sitting, is standing up again. Now, I'm not sure what the exact medical science behind this phenomena is, but I always envision my poor stiff swollen cheeks trying to pop back into their round shape after being flattened while seated as causing the intense rebound pain. The longer I sit, the worse it is when I stand up. I truly dread getting out of the car sometimes after driving the couple of hours home to Jersey from Philadelphia after a shoot. The rebound pain is intense and I've been known to cry out as if someone has just smacked my bottom again. While it's certainly a strong reminder that I've been punished and should try to behave once in a while, it's not at all the ouchy but tolerable discomfort I in an odd way enjoy as a token of my naughtiness and earned discipline.

So while everyone is different and has their own personal preference as to the degree of post-spank soreness, I'd say I appreciate a moderate level of discomfort. Oh sure, I may whine and pout and give the "sniffle, how could you spank me?" look, but deep down I'm loving it.
