Haunted Scavenger Hunt

Last night, my boyfriend and I along with a couple of friends of ours did the Haunted Scavenger Hunt of Philadelphia. It was a lot of fun even though we ended up looking like drowned rats when the thunderstorms hit. The lightning helped add to the creepiness anyway.

I wish we could have taken more time to explore each location and look for the ghosts that have been reported to haunt there, but we only had 2 hours to find each spot and answer the riddles. However, if you look closely at this picture, you can see a couple of "orbs" in the graveyard. Most likely it's nothing more than raindrops falling before the camera ... but you never know!

One of the clues took us to the Three Bears Park. If only I had my Goldilocks costume!

Another clue asked us to find a statue doing something rude. Now is presenting a bare bottom for a spanking rude? I don't think so, but I wrote down the answer anyway. :)

We ended up coming in second in the scavenger hunt answering 19 of the 20 questions right. But even if we had managed a perfect score, we still would have lost as the team with the most creative name gets an extra point and the "Franklin's Fornicators" won that one hands down. I wonder what a good team name would be if we do another scavenger hunt in the future? "Ben Spanklin"?

Hi Pixie,

That sounds like a lot of fun!

Hm...I'm looking at the photo for mysterious 'orbs.' I'm not seeing anything.

Errm....well, the only orbs I know of on your site are your pixielicious, usually glowing orbs.

I really love this blog by the way. It's not just otk, but offers a window into your cool non-spanking life which I think is totally fab. I just love it.

Best regards,
Dave

Dave - if you look just above the fifth fence post from the right, you'll see a misty blob next to one of the headstones. There is another much smaller one on top of the 13th post from the right.

I'm glad you enjoy my blog! I like getting to share bits of who I am both spank-related and not. But don't worry, there will alwasy be plenty of spanking related posts. I just like to keep things varied and as I said, I want to show a bit of who I really am as a complete person. :)

oops. i was looking the wrong photo. I see 'em now. The orbs. Cool! Either raindrops, or ghostly phantoms from another dimension of time and space.

Offering insight into your non-otk world has inspired me to try doing the same here and there on my blog.

take care pixie!

"Ben Spanklin"... that would be good. How about, "Frankly, been Spankin." Sounds like a great little weekend adventure. The old cemetery... would love to have been able to check that out.

Dave - no doubt they are raindrops, but I'm just going to pretend they are ghosts because that's much more exciting. :) it was a haunted scavenger hunt after all.

Black Diamond - thank you!! That's a great profile pic you have. :)

Todd & Suzy - It was a lot of fun even in the rain. I'm going to definitely keep "Frankly, been Spankin" in mind for next time! I want to go back again and explore all of the places we saw without the time pressure of the hunt. The cemetery would be one of my first stops.

padme - thank you for interviewing me. It was such a pleasure. :)
