Let me just say, I hate corner time! Not just a mild dislike ... I seriously can't stand it. Whether done for real or just as part of a scene, I dread nothing more than keeping my nose to the wall.
I know others don't think it's so bad. After all it can be a quiet moment for reflection, a time to practice some deep breathing, and provided you're standing there quietly, at least you're not getting spanked.
So why then is it so dreadful to me? In part it's because I get bored pretty easily, but more so because I hate to be unproductive and what's more unproductive than staring at a wall? I like to be busy doing something at all times. In fact, I'm usually doing several things at once. For example, right now I'm writing this post, watching TV, and working out on my elliptical trainer all at the same time. Yeah, I'm skilled like that. ;-)
Corner time passes way slower than regular time. I'm sure of it. The minutes pass like hours. My mind cries out for stimulation. I make a mental grocery list, think of math problems, plot revenge ... 30 seconds have passsed. I become acutely aware of every little itch I need to scratch, every muscle I need to stretch ... 1 minute if I'm lucky. I begin to fidget, hum, and see just how far I can turn around without being caught. Suddenly a warning spank is delivered and another interminable minute is added to my sentence. Ugh. I suppose I could simply behave and avoid the corner altogether, but now what fun would that be?

yowza. I don't know how any spanker could let you stay in the corner like that for any length of time without wanting to just put you back over his lap. Tsk tsk. Thanks for sharing the hot photo. :)
Hot Stuff!
How about "pre spanking corner time" pixie? Maybe reflection on the spanking you ABOUT to receive would lessen the boredom
And from one shy person to another you have agreat blog, keep up the good work
Natureboy
I don't do corner time well, either. ::pout:: And that's actually true.
Looks like we cast the right girl in the corner time scene then, right Chloe? :)
Natureboy, pre spanking corner time would definitely not leave me bored! I'd still end up fidgeting though out of nervousness.
You already said it, but it is worth repeating!! If you behaved yourself, you wouldn't have to worry about the corner now, would you?
I have to agree with Richard, as well. Pixie just exactly what does it take to curb that sassy attitude of yours? How many more times must we discuss this?
Perhaps a corner at the Pink Palace should be designated as Pixie's corner..Lol.

Behaving is so overrated!
As for the question of "what does it take to curb that sassy attitude of yours', it's kind of like asking how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie roll pop. The world may never know. :)
I hate corner time, too, Pixie. I can't stand still, can't stand quietly...nada. If corner time lasts any longer than five minutes then my mind begins to wonder. I start doing homework or planning the blog in my head. Sometimes I break into a fantasy--or I'll make a grocery/shopping list. 5-10 minutes is my max.
Happy Spankings! --Ruby
Oh...and it took me 347 licks to get to the center of a tootsie pop. I'm nothing if not patient lol.
347 licks? Hmmm ... do you think that's the same number of spanks it would take to learn to behave? :)
With all due respect, sweetie....not a chance. ;)
Looking forward to the next post.
Pixie, dear, didn't you get the memo? This Saturday, we are shooting Pixie and Chloe In The Corner.

If corner time is so boring, maybe a meaningfull activity would aleviate the boredom such as writing lines like: "i will never brat again" or "i was spanked & deserved it" about 20, 30 or 40 times
Let every corner be equiped with a white board & marker
Natureboy
Natureboy! I am hereby putting a ban on white boards in corners. Anyway, I couldn't write "I will never brat again" because that wouldn't be telling the truth and lying is a spankable offense.
Actually I had in mind adding to it; "---- today or "---- for 10 minutes"
We know how you could never commit a spankable offence
Natureboy
I'd say, David could get an 8 foot dry erase board and hang it on the wall in the Pink Palace's dining room.
Pixie, as one of your manners lessons, you cound be instructed to write "I'm a Brat and I know it." OR "I'm a sassy girl who needs a spanking everyday to chase my bratiness away."
That might work out really well.
